A clear guide to how credits refresh, expire and power your AI generations.
Credits are the unit AstruSocial uses for AI-powered work such as scripts, thumbnails, images, character content, video generation, clips, voiceovers and authenticity reviews. Different tools, providers, models, durations, resolutions and output counts can use different numbers of credits. Your plan gives you a fresh credit allowance each cycle, and you can buy extra credit packs when you need more capacity.
No. Subscription credits are tied to the active subscription cycle and do not roll over. Monthly-plan credits expire at the end of the monthly credit cycle. Annual-plan credits refresh every 30 days from the subscription start date and unused subscription credits expire at the end of each 30-day credit cycle. New subscription credits are added automatically while your subscription remains active.
Yes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically through the hosted Lemon Squeezy checkout so your AstruSocial access and credit refreshes continue without interruption. You can cancel from the billing portal or account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period.
It depends on the tools you use. A simple script or local scan may use fewer credits than a high-resolution image, longer voiceover, video generation or AI deep review. The pricing table shows the credits included with each plan, and each generation screen shows the credit cost before you run a job whenever that estimate is available.
You can upgrade to a higher plan for a larger recurring credit allowance, or you can buy a credit pack for one-time extra capacity without changing your subscription. Purchased credit packs are added to your account after checkout and can be used across supported AstruSocial tools.
AstruSocial is currently credit-based. That keeps usage transparent and helps maintain reliable access to AI providers, queues and rendering resources. If an unlimited or promotional unlimited plan is offered in the future, it will be shown clearly on the pricing page with its own included tools, queue rules, fair-use limits and review policy.
Yes. You can move to a higher plan when you need more recurring credits. Downgrades or cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current paid period, so you keep access to the plan you already paid for until that period ends. The exact checkout and proration behavior is handled by Lemon Squeezy.
Yes. AstruSocial is designed for normal creator, business and developer use. Automation abuse, credential sharing, resale of access, payment fraud, chargeback abuse or activity that threatens platform stability may trigger temporary limits or a manual account review. These rules help keep generation reliable for everyone.
